Prosperity4Kids not only gives kids a plan for their money but a plan for life.

There are four key elements to this plan…

Giving kids a plan for their money. Giving kids the education needed to grow their money. Giving kids the vocabulary of money. Giving kids the tools, games, and resources that engage them in the wonderful world of money.

Investing in their future. Investing in their ideas and dreams of the future. Investing in the education needed to teach them how to make it on their own. Investing time and energy in creating mini moguls who will invest in their own futures and teach the future generations to do the same.

Saving them from financial ruin. Saving them from a sea of debt. Saving them from another financial crisis. Saving them from creating low self-esteem and lack of confidence. Saving them from broken families. Saving them from financial mistakes that take years to overcome.

Spending time & money wisely. Spending time teaching kids a work ethic. Spending time educating kids on the value of money. Spending time teaching the power of compound interest. Spending the time to teach money concepts early when habits are created. Spending time teaching children to do what they love and love what they do. As an award winning author of the magical children’s book “Money Mama & The Three Little Pigs”, creator of Money Mama the Smarter Piggy Bank, It’s Only a Dollar… and author of her new parent’s workbook “Design Your Child’s Financial Future, Mackey has made it her mission to design fun, engaging financial education products and resources for parents and children. Lori has received the iParenting Media Award for outstanding educational products in 2004 – 2006, and was selected by the Chaka Khan foundation, in conjunction with ‘Pursuit of Happyness’ author Chris Gardner and the Bear Stearns financial firm, for The Money Mama series.

Having two young children of her own, Lori understands the hardships of trying to teach your children the value of money, and simple concepts such as saving, investing and spending money wisely. Lori is a sought after national speaker and trainer working with INGDIRECT, MOPS, PTA’s and private companies. Mackey has shared the stage with many well-known authors and business philosophers such as Mark Victor Hansen, Jim Rohn and Jerry Clark. Lori’s products, articles and information has been featured several times by Associated Press, Washington Post and Parents Magazine. President, Rochelle Finder

Rochelle Finder is a mom of 3, Wife and life-long friend of Lori Mackey. After years of life getting in the way, Rochelle asked her daughter to look up her old friend Lori Mackey on Facebook, she found Lori’s daughter and was able to see that Lori had written a book and created the Money Mama. She instantly fell in love with Lori’s mission and passion for teaching children about the wonderful world of money with Prosperity4Kids. What resonated most were the simple but powerful lessons of Money Mama. To give is the noblest idea of all and it touched me at the deepest level. I am very fortunate that we have been able to make a difference in our community, our family and the ideas that are important for us. I knew instantly that I wanted to be a part of Prosperity4Kids knowing that these ideas and philosophies can change the world we live in and make it a better place for our children. When I was a kid, I remember my mom’s checkbook, and if I would ask her to buy me something, and she would tell me she did not have the money right then, I would say ” Mom just write a check, you have a whole checkbook full of them! ” Rochelle brings the knowledge of the retail market, networking abilities and the passion for teaching kids what they need to know to succeed in life. Rochelle attended G.I.A. after graduating high school and received her Graduate Gemologist degree; she started working in the wholesale Diamond Business shortly thereafter. After many years Rochelle took time off to devote to her husband and raising her family. Rochelle is married to Gary Finder, her oldest Danielle is married and living in NY, her second child Zachary graduated High School in 2010 and is studying aboard for a year. With her youngest independent Max still at home Rochelle has the time to spend making the world a better place with Prosperity4kids.
